Overview

UKMIL's Chinook HC2 is a native FSX SP2/Prepar3D model built with Gmax, using DDS textures and bump mapping for surface detail.

The virtual cockpit offers several viewpoints. Animations include the rear cargo opening on the relevant models. Twelve textures from different countries and custom sounds are supplied.

The real Chinook's tandem rotors and rear ramp suit heavy transport duties, including troop movement, resupply and equipment transport. HC2 identifies a Royal Air Force variant.
