Overview
Eagle Rotorcraft Simulations’ Enstrom 280FX includes four native FSX models, with animations, specular and normal mapping, and custom avionics. It is intended for FSX Acceleration and supports Prepar3D v4.
The 22 August 2019 update adds Pierre Fasseaux’s 2D and virtual-cockpit panels, together with Prepar3D v4 compatibility. Read the supplied manual to become familiar with this light piston-engine helicopter.
The real Enstrom F-28/280 family uses piston power rather than a turbine, offering a different type of helicopter for circuits and handling practice in the simulator.
