Overview
This FS2004 Gloster Meteor T.7 depicts the Meteor's two-seat training version. The model includes a functional instrument panel and offers a way to fly the early British jet in a training setting, reflecting the real aircraft's separate student and instructor positions.
The Meteor was the first military jet to enter British service. The T.7 belongs to the family's post-war development and was intended to train pilots, rather than fulfil the role of the early fighter versions.
A few circuits followed by a short navigation exercise make a fitting flight plan for this version. The model is credited to Dave Eckert, Ralph Pegram, Nick Needham and Rob Barendre.
