Overview
The Mil Mi-171 supports Prepar3D v4, but uses a reduced cockpit there: some incompatible gauges are disabled. In FSX, the instruments remain almost unchanged from the original cockpit.
Rikoooo converted OAO Russia’s model to native FSX/Prepar3D format. The virtual cockpit comes from Airfilips’s Mi-8T; several gauges were replaced with compatible .cab versions for v4. Mohammad Faali created the Russian Air Force repaint.
The real Mi-171 is a medium multipurpose helicopter in the Mi-8/Mi-17 family. Personnel transport, freight and support work provide the context for this adaptation. Real-aircraft background: Avia-Russia.
