AgustaWestland AW139 SAR FSX & P3D

This 2.1 beta edition of the AgustaWestland AW139 focuses on the SAR search-and-rescue configuration. Carlos Palacio adapted Icaro Group’s model for FSX/P3D.

The 3D cockpit follows the real aircraft’s layout, the cabin is fully modelled, and most instruments are functional, including the FMS. Read the documentation before flying to understand the systems. An earlier stable edition offers more models and liveries.

Full FMS functionality requires Tom Aguilo’s XMLVARS, available from his FSDeveloper resources. The original attribution of the DLL to Doug Dawson is incorrect; without the appropriate XMLVARS module, the FMS is only partly functional.

An alarm may sound for about thirty seconds when the flight loads. It stops once the monitored levels return to their normal values.
